I've heard Finnish (and so the only other language even close to being related to it: Hungarian), because the grammar is really tough (I think they basically conjugate nouns as well as verbs).

I used to think it was English because the language is so irregular, but now I think it is ancient Greek.
The language declines (adds different endings so that word order doesn't matter) nouns according to their functions in the sentence (i.e. subject, direct object, indirect object, addressee or owner) as well as conjugates verbs, has active, passive and middle (I don't know of any other language with this) voices voices for verbs (ex. I eat, I am eaten, I eat for myself), and has single, dual and plural numbers (a man, two men, more than two men) for both verbs and nouns instead of just singular and plural.
In addition, it has four past tenses: aorist, imperfect, pluperfect and perfect, a present tense and two future tenses: future perfect and future. The Greeks also didn't like how certain letters sounded together, so they kept changing spelling and forms to make things sound nicer.
Ancient Greek also has a different alphabet and makes extensive use of participles and confusing grammatical constructions. Finally, besides having a normal subjunctive mood to express may happen, it has an optative mood to express wishes. Ancient Greek has over 650 forms of verbs to memorize per verb. This is why, in my opinion, Ancient Greek is definitely the hardest language to learn.
