I have the peanut butter that is recalled ate it and have been sick very sick throwing up and stomach pain

I like the sue idea a whole lot better. I myself have this same peanut butter and you bet your *** if I get sick the lawyer is getting a call.

you can take it back ot Wal-Mart and they will refund you or they will give you a new one.
you can also send the Lid to the company that made it, they say they will refund your money, but instant gradifaction is so much better.
