sticks together or to the bowl? If its together, you are adding to much water. a trick for that is when the water dryes put a paper towel on it and then cover the rice. If its sticking in the bowl, then you have to add more olive oil.

I have noticed that some of the other answers that have been given to you are a little bit negative just because you burn the rice or that it sticks either together.

A little trick I learned from a lady that came up to my folks campground. When you first add the rice, you always add it to hot water but not boiling water. Never just dump it in. Always put it in by the handfuls ant spread it around as you add it. While the rice is starting to cook, add 1/4 tsp. of salt and (believe it or not), 1 capful of white distilled vinegar. Cook anywhere from 5 to 8 minutes stirring after every minute.

If you want to cook restaurant quality rice, then use plenty of water and boil the rice. Now take a sieve and then pour all the rice in it , let the excess water drain out , now put this sieve under the running water and wash the rice, this way all the starch will go out and you would be left with very fluffy rice.
