Indian accent for example..Tank u come again. Or arabic accent. why why why.?

Many, many people are ignorant, unworldly, and insecure. Anything that can make them feel superior, like a non-native speaker making a very small pronounciation error, will make them laugh.
They are idiots. Don't take it personally. They can barely speak their own language, and you are mastering a second or third.

the accent is not not really funny... sometimes the stereotypes associated with the person are what makes it funny....do you think Indians laugh when Americans try to speak their language?
