A majority are Leafs fans. BUT a majority of Leafs Fans are over 50. They are traditionalists who remember an archaic time when the Leafs were English Canada's team, or remember some golden era of when the Leafs were good. (If you are 50 you might recall that time when you were 10 that your team won the cup.)

At graduate school, where you are with fellow young and hip and free upcoming thinkers, you will find more Ottawa fans. People who's parent's team isn't good enough and prefer a more entertaining team. I'd hope you run into more Montreal Fans than Toronto fans.

I believe that the majority of people in Ontario support the Toronto Maple Leafs! Not only because they're a great team but also because of all they do for the Ontario community.

Good luck with your move!

The people in Kingston probably support Ottawa since it's close. But than again when you're watching Toronto play in Ottawa there are mostly leaf fans there.

i'd say that more beneficial people easily help the Toronto Leaf's becauseeeeeeeeeeeeee the stadium/crew is positioned in Toronto, a city of round 4 million people! As for Ottawa they are no longer even a million million... that is why logically, the Senator's would have a lot less followers.
