sneezing is a defense mechanism of the lungs to expel small particles that got lodge in the alveoli so that it will be dislodge during sneezing. but on factor too is the histamine level which are triggered from allergic reaction to high pollen level or dust or even smoke. go ask a doctor for a better prognosis on your sneezing problem. good luck!

It could be allergies.

I would talk to a nurse or doctor because it could also be sinuses or you could be coming down with a cold or even the flu.

Regardless of the problem, if you're positive you're not allergic to antihistamines, take one dose of benadryl (or an offbrand) before you go to bed. It does make you drowsy so make sure you're ready to go to sleep. If you wake up feeling better it's probably just allergies. Talk to a nurse or doctor about what's best for you.

Good luck with that.

This may sound gross, but if the snot is yellow/greenish then you are getting or are sick. If it is clear then it is allergies. You usually can tell the difference between a cold and allergies, atleast I can.
