I use Aveeno cooling lotion with Menthol and Camphor oil in it. The mintiness of the menthol and camphor help make the bumps go down and away and takes some redness away, also the oatmeal in the lotion will help keep moisturized for a long period of time. It makes any burning go away in a jiffy.

If its your first time getting it, then its just your skin getting used to it. Do not moisturize or take hot baths or shower that will make worse. Use aloe vera, witch hazel, and also oatmeal like someone already mentioned. If you do get in-growns Tend does work really well.

Is it ingrown hairs? If so, there's a FANTASTIC product called TEND SKIN. I'm sure you can find it online. You should always have it handy for when you do any kind of hair removal down there.
