One mile, 3,000 miles??? How far is too far? When does the distance out weigh all else?

Not considering travelling anywhere, simply curious if the person felt right, how far would you go ... is there a point in distance that precludes all else?

What difference does it make? Only you can decide how much time you want to take from your life to be with someone for a visit. I can't see long distance relationships working out. One of the items in the What Do We Have In Common book has to be where you both live so you can get to know each other.

Long distance relationships are a pain in the A$$.

It really depends on how low your self esteem is and whether or not you have the confidence to find a guy just as good who lives nearby.
