It's not legal...but it's almost impossible that you will get caught.

No, not at all. If someone owns the copyright to the movie, it is illegal, otherwise it's not. You may ask yourself, "How do I know who has the copyright to what?" I would say just don't bother downloading any movies.

why don't you just watch them on www.peekvid.com and limewire is extremely illegal but you'll hardly ever get caught good luck!!!

no it isnt legal ive been caught myself and got a fine for 5000 pound fine so i suggest you stop or you will suffer the same fate

Of course not. Peer to peer is extremely illegal. But the chances of being caught are slim to none, because it is so widespread.
