take it to the boss.. or better yet have one of the bosses stand somewhere that she cant see them and let them see her in action.. you know action does speak louder than words... its really sad women do this...

Sprint chick has the right Idea and even if you don't mention the person to your boss by simply asking a question in regards to what needs to be done...
They will catch on, just keep asking everytime she passes any of her duties on to you or your other co workers and if nothing is done about it then you and your co workers should get together and sit down and talk to your boss ... had the same problem...

Hey, I know the feeling.. I have someone here like that too, that I wanna u know do what to! But yea.. don't put with that crap.. i say report her *** at once and get as many ppl involve in ur action as much as possible.. do it soon 'cause the longer the wait the more arrogance she gonna get, and also harder to do.

If managements aren't stupid and not siding with her then it's almost a guaranteed that they will do something about it.

Good luck!

Tell your boss(s). She deserves nothing less than that. Hell, I would record her "dissing" someone or slacking off at the job and post it so everyone will know what a byotch she is. Her credibility will lower and suffer. Maybe she will wise up.

**Beware** revenge is a double eged knife. You could get hurt too!

Ask yourself, ARE YOU UP FOR BATTLE?

Good luck.

Talk to your supervisor and very politely say you don't think this worker is doing an adequate job and it isn't right for others to have to pick up her slack and do the work.

When she passes something on to you, accept it and then go ask you boss a question about it....say something like, I know it was Soandso's responsability to do this but she dropped it on me; what is it that you need me to do exactly with this? Keep on doing this until your boss catches on and at least she wont drop more of her work on you.
