because it feels good to them. Did you know that when you go up to a dog and it rolls on its back and shows its tummy means it knows you are the top dog. Wolves do that to act like a puppy so the dominant dog will not hurt it.

Hahahaha, certain they do! My chi likes to get his abdomen rubbed and he's not any longer shy about asking both. he will roll over on his again and inspect you and in case you ignore about him he will arise and furnish you with a nudge till you rub his abdomen!
