The only way to get the black out is to strip it but not with bleach. It is a special stripper used by professionals to take the black out then it can be colored back to the original color. this process is very hard on the hair and should only be done by a professional. Otherwise if you don't know what you are doing you might cause breakage to your hair that will take a long time to recondition.
Good Luck.

you'll never get the color out to the point of the original. you can "soap cap" the color by mixing shampoo and peroxide in equal amounts. this can be done up to three times back to back. but it's not particularly healthy for the hair. if you do that CONDITON HEAVILY.

You salon may offer a color stripper, but unless it's swartzkoph's madualtate it's basicly a soap cap. It's expensive, but will only lighten your hair about 4 or 5 shades.

The simplest solution is to let the color grow off. the more you process it the more you'll damage the hair. eventualy it will begin breaking off.
