I certainly think so hence the say no to jesus. Think about it. If you have faith that you are right and will be rewarded for it after you die and that everyone else is wrong and will be punished for it after they die and you no longer care about evidence or facts it's simply a matter of you are right and everyone else is wrong and in your head that's a fact. Can you really quit and leave that religion and think logically about facts again? Faith and religion is more addictive and dangerous than any drug and so should have a minimum age limit of at least 16 on it. Say no to jesus.

I have seen people more messed up on Jesus than people messed up on drugs

I think people that are going to get messed up will get messed up with 'anything.' There are alot of 'borderline' personality types who really belong in care facilities, but because of closures in the 70's are now our neighbors mostly in the streets. You ever notice how many ex-cons and druggies turn to Christ? That's because there is hope. Just by letters alone posted on here, not many people have hope----look at the 'mental health' section. So, I have 'religion' and I have hope. Just because I have those doesn't mean I'm addicted to anything. The facts are that Christians are human, and just as prone to life ---- as anyone else, cause it's always easier to fall DOWN than get UP. Being a christian doesn't mean you're protected from ever committing sins or doing stupid stuff. So, sounds like you're an angry person, perhaps something about Christ bothered you. Alot of people get really angry before they accept the truth. so, good luck, maybe there is some good change in store. Did you mean addictive?

Matthew 24:10 "At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold..."

Sounds like so many of today!! Peace Out

It seems you are lacking of the facts. The flesh vs the Spirit like the devil vs Jesus. It is real and over 2000 prophesies have been fulfilled from the Bible. There are REAL relics that back up Biblical accounts, Noah's Ark, the fact that DNA & the living cell could not have been formed by non-intelligence and the total capacity of our brain can go billions of years. Faith is alive and well, BTW do you have something better with facts? Give it a chance it's not bad it's good.

Faith is more addictive, true, and it's even more convenient! You don't need any special equipment or needles to do a hit of Faith -- just grab the old remote and get a dose of TV Jesus -- yee haw!

Faith is the evidence of things hustled, the substance of things not yet pawned. Try to see faith as a free fountain in the middle of a little village called loneliness.

I go out in the fountain of faith and play splash-splash with my Jesus-Allah-Buddha friends, because I need someone to play with. Otherwise I would stay in my room and build atom bombs.

Next question?

It is not the religion it is their self righteous belief that is addictive. The self righteous belief that corrupts, that everyone else is wrong and will be punished for it after they die. This power trip People take their beliefs way to far and can be insensitive to others! I attend my church meetings and do it because it makes my life better, and makes me a better person.

Maybe not more addictive, but there arent many Religion-Rehab centers out there, or an xtian intervention. Plus, there is a whole world of enablers out there making the problem worse.

Faith is rational addiction to eternal life.
Drug is ridiculous addiction to eternal death.

Well, I suppose so, because drugs interact differently with different people. Sunday morning I'm more interested in coffee than church.
