Dude go and rent the movie Hitch...now remember one thing alright don't just go with someone to get laid make sure there is some emotion/feelings involved with your relationship
Try starting off as friends 1st dude, ya know so you can get to know her a little...it will help out a lot so you can know if she is the right one

oh man you better kiss her this next time . chicks get mad if you dont make you move soon enough. they feel like there wasting there time. so get to it . you should have kissed her on the first date and you should be almost in bed by now your moving way to slow. oh and kiss her at the begining of the date say 15 min in and make it a good one.

you should wait for a "magical" moment. A moment when you both look in each others eyes for a long time and you know she wants you to kiss her. Trust me you will know when it comes.

well, it depents on how many dates youve been on. just watch for the signs that she wants you to kiss her. if you wait too li=ong she might leave you because she might thunk that you arent interested, but if you do it too soon, she might leave you cuz you are moving too fast. good luck!
