Trying to loc a friends hair for him.....suggestions?

Can someone walk me through the process of locing someone hair that is natural and about neck line length? I have all the essentials to do it, but need some suggestions on going about it. I have loc'd my own hair, but I had added hair in at the time so it was alot easier for me.

I use Organic products ONLY. No Beeswax at all.

Have you tried 2 strand twist?or you can do the comb twist.

I wear my hair in 2 strand twist often and the productd that I use a lot are the jamaican mango and lime products. You can get these products at any beauty supply store.
