I've often heard that nobody can get elected as President unless they're religious. So my question is this:
Who would you vote for? An atheist who believes we're living in the best of times - or a Christian who believes we're living in the end of times?

I'm assuming that the candidate who views that we are living at the end of times, would be more susceptible to warfare, since he/she believes that the end of the world is near.
I vote for the atheist. If they believe that we are living in the best of times, then they would work hard to move society forward.

i would vote for the atheist at least i would now what they say is true. i could never trust a christian.. and thats why i do not vote

I would vote for the person according to their actions, not their beliefs. A real follower of Christ should set the example through actions and keeping their word, and I, in turn would vote for that individual.

I realize how important other issues are - but I place my vote on the person whose morals align with mine - if you can't stand on morality, you have nothing but sinking sand...
