Actually the answer is yes..he can..or you can if you really wanted to.
My best meals were out in the "wilderness" .
My all time favorite is ,"Do onto others as you would like them to do unto you". simple but a very good way to live.
or my other favorite is to ,"Turn the other cheek",or the "meek will enherit the earth".
"let those without sin cast the first stone",when He saved Mary Magdeline from a stoning death because she was a prostitute.
I recently read where there are many other versions or "books" that were written of the Bible, but they are locked away in the catacombs of the Vatican and only a few chosen books were printed.
It would be interesting to read the different versions by other people, even back then they had "editors" lol.

Then the devil took him up to a very high mountain, and showed him all the kingdoms of the world in their magnificence, (Matthew 4:8)
I love flat earth theory.

My favorite is:
"Faith is the substance of things hoped for,
the evidence of things not seen."
Hebrews 11:1
However I also like:
"One generation passeth away and another generation cometh: but the earth abideth forever."
Ecclesiastes 1:4

David says of Jonathan, upon learning of his death:
"... very pleasant hast thou been unto me: thy love to me was wonderful, surpassing the love of women."
2 Sam 1:26
Here were two men who were totally, absolutely in love with one another. In the Bible. Mighty curious, no?

Joking aside, I like the phrase, "the wages of sin are death."
Think this one throughly and it could become a very good guide for one in life.

Must paraphrase..."Jesus went looking for figs in the season that figs do not grow. He found a fig tree and killed it for not bearing figs."

"Judge not lest ye be judged."
Amazing how many people conveniently forget this one when they're telling non-believers they're gonna go to hell for not believing in god.
