A diet does work and holidays in Africa the two words
(holiday & Africa) do not belong in the same sentence even if it is a working holiday

And the reason this is in Mental health is???
First... not everyone can afford to go to Africa.
Second... being on a diet is not the answer for everyone with weight issues.
Third... there are many reasons why people are overweight, and dieting will not address these issues.

Some of us have commitments beyond the usual such as a child and handicapped spouse. Or maybe tapeworms just aren't for everyone.

People go on diets for lots of reasons. But they all quit the diets for the same reason. Diets don't work.

Perhaps a better answer is to eat a freakin tapeworm and let it grow in your body, so that it eats all the food you do.
You won't (a) have to take a holiday or (b) spend money to goto Africa.
And my Answer is about as stupid as your question....

wow awkward question but not everyone wants to go to Africa and people do have lives of their own and going to Africa may not be a option

Maybe its the money but these "fat" people are only 10 pounds overweight They will always be on a diet
