I say the number one over rated boxer would be Ricky Hatton. Jeff Lacy was pretty over rated until Calzaghe beat the breaks off him. Hopefully Floyd or Shane maybe Castillo will take care of Hatton. Valuev is also extremley overrated. He's just big.

Oscar DeLaHoya, who is the big name he beat that wasn't past their prime or cracked up
Arturo Gatti, who is the big name he beat, Mickey Ward, the only reason that is "Legendary" was because the two guys were B-class at best fighters
