I have been suffering from extreme insomnia lately and it's really ruining my life. In attempt to try and overcome it, i tried to come find out where it was coming from. It suddenly occured to me that this time last year i suffered a horrific car accident in which my neck was temporarly damaged.

Now the neck pains have come back and i can't sleep....I was wondering if they could possibly be linked? Is it possible that my trauma has come back to celebrate its anniversary?

No, but you have unconsciously brought it back up in your mind. You may not have thought you did, but you did. This will pass and just keep telling yourself that it's over and you are fine. As soon as you let it go, you'll feel better and start sleeping again.

I doubt the trauma came back. However, there are a number of things that could cause an exacerbation. Also, chances are the the injury was not correctly resolved and never fully healed. Pain is usually the last symptom to show up and the first thing to go away. A chiropractor could help you or refer you to someone who can. It is hard to say exactly what it is unless given an exam.

certain things as the trauma you experienced its real and anunforgettable one . so we always remember things like these beacause they're still stored in the back of your mind so when an anniversary or a date that something like this happened we always remember and sort of live it up again. we tend to feel the same pains same sensations .maybe now you are on the mend and you don't have to worry too much.

celebrate its anniversary..............

did you have the problem corrected when it happened?
chances are that when you had the accident, your spine was thrown out of wack,
go to a reputable chiropractor and get it fixed..

then there will be no re-occurrence....

good luck and feel better
