No. You'll miss out on protein.
Exercise is essential. At least 20-30 min 3 times a week.

First of all, it's LOSE weight, not LOOSE weight. LOOSE is how your pants get when you LOSE weight.

And second of all, no, it's not. You want to include lots of fruits and veggies as PART of a healthy diet, but that can't be your whole diet. Add whole grains and lean proteins to your diet and you'd be closer to being on the right track.

It can be if you know what foods to substitute the meat with. You can't just eat friuts and veggies though. you've gotta incorperate other things. I'm a vegetarian and it annoys me so much when ppl say we don't get enough protein. there are so many other foods out there with protein in it. like Nuts for instance. there are other ways of getting your vitamins, for instance, taking vitamins. it's just that easy. Maybe try meat substitue first. I know I know ppl don't like the thought of fake meat, when I first went veggie, I didn't either. Until I found something called textured soy protein. It comes freeze dried, you have to soak it. It's made totally ot or the extracted protein of soy foods. When you soak season and cook it, it tases exactly like meat!! It's really unbelieveable. And the best part is that it's low in calories, it's like 4 per serving and it helps to lower cholestorol. And it' only like 2 bucks a pack!! I really think it's what they use in beef and broccoli in the chinese restarunts. It tastes exactly like that. hope this helps!!

here check out some of my favorite veggie web sites, that'll help you out.
