i have mono but i need to go for back surgery.?

can i go for surgery while i have mono? or am i supposed to stay home and wait till mono heals and then go for surgery?

You have to wait until you are done with mono. Mono definitely enlarges your spleen and they are NOT going to operate on you.

Your surgeon should have told you this. You DID call their office and tell them you have mono, right?

You will need to postpone surgery until your body is healthy enough to endure the procedure.
