That's my little list...I think everybody's looking for a quick fix. We're all so busy that we want everything "right now." We don't pause for a second to make healthier food and lifestyle choices.

I think that it's because people have such busy lives and see exercise as a chore rather than something enjoyable. I also put some of the blame on the drinks from dunkin donuts & starbucks because people don't realize just how many calories they're drinking.

Because people cannot control themselves when it comes to eating. For example, if they have a pint of ice cream, they think they need to eat it all in one sitting instead of having small helpings over a few days. They super-size their fast food, then think having a super-size diet coke will help somehow. And a lot are very lazy too.

people just dont care about their health and what the extra weight is doing to them.
Adults are one thing but so many children are obese and I see that as child abuse..... why doesn't parents care about their kids and how ridicule will follow the child all through school.
So many kids have high cholesterol/ blood pressure and diabetes, that is so sad......

The more chicks get fatter. The more guys are looking at me! Hell! I really care why people are so fat. I hope they keep getting fatter so I can stop starving myself to not be fat!
