Why does my female dog hump other dogs?

Lately, my FEMALE beagle has been humping other dogs. Male and female (along w/ rocks and other imanimate objects). I kow freaky. Why is she doing this and how can I make her stop. By the way she is about one year old and has been fixed already if that is important

She doing it to establish dominance. All dogs do it they hump to show they are better then the other dog or object. If your very concerned bring her to the vet otherwise give her a stuffed toy to hump.
