I'd like to help you out, as I've had great success with Weight Watchers, but more details on your situation would be helpful. When you say you've been "really strict," what do you mean? Are you eating your Flex points? Are you exercising? Drinking AT LEAST 48 oz of water a day? Eating all your fruits, veggies, and dairy?
It seems like people are scared of using their Flex Points a lot of the time. We've been trained to think that the more we cut back on what we eat, the more we'll lose. This isn't always true.
I've had the best success when I varied my points from one day to the next. I usually eat all my flex points and I always eat any activity points that I earn. My daily points target is 20, so one one day I might eat 20 points, and the next I'll jack it up to 30 (using 10 flex points), then maybe the day after that I'll eat 25 points. I've found that this method is a good way to keep your metabolism guessing. If you eat the same amount of food every day your body's going to get used to it and you won't lose. Likewise, if you aren't eating enough your body will cling on any fat stores for dear life and you won't lose weight.
Hope that helps. Take care, and good luck!

You can't expect to lose every week. I know it's frustrating to not see results from your hard work, but hang in there. Next week you may get a pleasant surprise!
Have you taken into consideration where you are in your cycle? If it's around period time you may have some extra water weight.

Keep after it. If you are not exercising, add exercise. It will start working. If you have seen no weight loss in one month, you need to talk to the counselors at WW. They may be able to change your diet slightly to help you more.

You need to play withthe points.. some people dont need the 35 extra.. and some people need them all. if you dont lose the first week, chances are you will the second. Dont weigh yourself daily.. try once a week.. it can psych you out.. dont get discouraged either!
good luck to you, Im sure you will do great!
