God is very tall. He (or She) looks down on everyone. Just kidding.
God probably wonders why these unmarried lovers do not make use of one of his greatest inventions. The one called marriage.
If I remember the movie 'Blue Lagoon' properly, the young couple did exchange vows of marriage as best they could under the circumstances.

He has given the bounds. Sex is reserved for a man and a woman married to each other legally and lawfully. If that's the case, do what you want. If that's not the case and you are so in love with your girl friend, why not get married?

in the adventure that they are planing to spend some thing else of their lives mutually and they trust that they are already married even without the marriage papers, then particular they are married in Gods eyes. what's a peace on mans paper to God, God does no longer keep on with mans guidelines.

Nope. Probably just wonders why they don't get married. God gave us our sexuality, why would he/she look down on us for enjoying it as long as we aren't hurting anyone or putting anyone at risk (this is assuming that you are in a monogamous relationship)?
