I just scanned it, but I guarantee it will work. I put myself on a regimen like this a year ago. I've lost 120 lbs. My carb addiction is GONE, I feel great.
Exercise is absolutely necessary. I started at 20 min 2 times a day and now do 30 min 2 times a day minimum.
I'm living this way for the rest of my life.
