Roger is correct. You need to go to the below link and download the file called "LAME mp3 encoder" and install it. It works with Audacity, and once it's installed, open up your media with Audacity, and then click on "File" on top, and then choose the entry to "Export as MP3". That'll convert the file to an mp3 for you to save in a folder. Hope this helps.

Notta Problem. All you need is LAME which is the mp3 decoder/encoder that can be used with audacity.
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/help/faq?s=install&item=lame-mp3
is instructions for putting setting up audacity with the mp3 export. Note you can substitute Winzip or 7zip for Stuffit.
