there's this guy at work that i really like but he doesnt know that i like him. but he told me that he likes this other girl but she doesnt like him back. what do i do to make him like me and not that girl???

First of all you can't "make" someone like you. I was kinda in your situation four years ago when I liked a co-worker. We ended up dating and it didn't work out. Then I had to deal with everyone asking why we weren't together anymore and seeing him every day. Not that I was in love with him or anything, but when you break up, you want a clean break. That's hard to do when you work with the guy. My advice: Never date a co-worker.

You will regret it later in life if you don't do nothing. It's better to know than not knowing. You need to let him know that you like him. Ask him out on a date or just to hang out. Maybe this "other" girl is you! You need to let him know. If he doesnt feel the same way about you, then you need to move on. It's best to know then to wonder if you had or didn't have a chance with someone.

You cant force someone to like you. If he likes this girl who dont like him back then he will realize the real jewel is infront of his face. "you" all you have to do is listen to him, find out what he likes, what hes into and relate to him. He will come closer to you and soon or later you guys may be best friends or even boy friend and girlfriend. You will be much closer than you are now. Just hang in there and dont show jealousy, dont get too close if he does not show intrest in you. You may get hurt
