I HAVE A GOOD ONE!! Have him say, "I've got a great new knock-knock joke for ya! You start it ok?!"
Then, when the other person starts the joke by saying "Knock-Knock", have him say "Who's there?". The other party will surely be confused as to what to say and both get a good laugh!
