what effect will it have on my body if i jog for 5 miles and do 50 crunches each day?

It'll make you look HOT!!, but seriously, its ok, I can do 1050 crunches and I dont have a problem, I used to do 100 crunches a day and I got a 6 pack

It depends on your body. Jogging may have a negative impact on your knees from the force, 50 crunches a day will help, but you'll only see improvements if you follow it with a proper diet.

Doctors say all your body needs is 60 crunches a day, anything other then that really doesn't have an effect

As long as you're sure you can run that long it would be great. If you're not someone that's used to jogging you might wanna start off with less miles. Don't overdo it. Sounds like a good plan but please listen to your body.

It depends on how much you're eating, how much rest you're getting and how much work you do already. It could make you healthier but I would recommend talking to a doctor. There's only so much we can tell you.

u will gain muscles and maybe lose some fat and get on your way to those sixpack abs you've always wanted.
