Many people that I know have used "Hydroxycut Hardcore" and seem to get favorable results. Make sure you drink plenty of water along with this. Hydroxycut basically stimulates your metabolism, there is caffeine in it which also stimulates you, but then again caffeine is in most of these pills. Do your own research before anything.

You dont need a pill. You need to change your habits. You may be eating at the wrong time of day, you need to eat a lot of little portions all day, and yes a little exercise can go a long way. But you dont need a diet pill. Take vitamins and get a juicer.....you will be happy that you did. Instantly after drinking a glass of carrots apple orange and a little bit of lemon....leaving the peels on because thats where the nutrients are, instantly i feel more awake, my eyes are not as heavy, my breath and mouth feel cleaner etc... that is more than any pill has done for me. You can download all kinds of juice recipes, form the web. you will be surprised at just how many daily vitamins dont get into your body when you think they are, but with pure vegetable and fruit juice, you will feel the difference. good luck.

Diet pills scare me! Don't use them, they are really unhealthy for you.
Eat healthy, don't drink soda and EXERCISE. That is the only way that you will loose and keep off the weight. It's a lifestyle change. There are no magic pills out there that will give you that.

A multi-vitamin... Forget the Diet Pills, they are all junk. A good diet and exercise is all you need, don't buy the hype.

The invisible kind.
Seriously, diet pills don't work. In my experience they either make you really jittery or do absolutely nothing. Eat healthier, exercise and drink lots of water and you'll be grand.

Forget the pills. Your body will be better off if you just exercise and eat healthy foods. You can do it with out them. I found this on exercise and weight loss if you want to read it.

There are none. They're a waste of your money.
Eat a sensible diet, at least 1200 cal/day, and exercise 20-30 min at least 3times a week.

hey if you want to get in shape, just do it the old fashion way, eat right, eat less, and work out, put out when you work out too, ive tried so many pills on the market, and none of them work, they just make you jittery, but if you want energy to burn when your working out, than you can try hydroxycut. but drink plenty of water, dont overdue it, and USE AS DIRECTED, do no use if you are on any kind of medication, and do not take with any other drug.
