If you want to lose 25 pounds super fast like the actors, then do what they do. Eat a super strict healthy diet with absolutely no junk in it at all and workout with trainers for 8+ hours a day.

I lost 60 pounds after my son by eating,salads with chicken and a very low cal dressing Bernsteins is really good. Soup( Healthy Choice) fruit and once in a while A Subway sandwich with no cheese or mayo. I lost it fast, but I also exercised. Make sure you drink alot of water.

do not use diet pills or anything else unnatural, they are bad for you and bareley work if at all. exercise for around two hours a day, aerobics, swimming and running are the best, lifting weights doesn't burn many calories. don't eat eccept when your hungry and then only eat whole-wheat bread or pasta, milk and a little bit of fruit like an apple a day. you'll loose wight slower then on other diets but this diet gets in our system so u don't have to think about it. it should take you about two months to loose 25 lbs if you really stick to it.
you can eat other things but then you have to burn them. like if you eat a big piece of cake you have to exercise for half and hour more.
ps while ur exersising drink lots and lots of gatorade, like 15 oz in your two hours

You could go on the water and kian (can't remember how its spelled) pepper diet. Beyonce went on it when she needed to lose weight for dream girls. Its flushes out your system, but unfortunately it's a 2 week thing. After the first 3 dayz you start to lose 2 to 3 lbs per day. But it will all come back very quickly

please follow these steps regularly without any delay-
- try to work hard & avoid lift ,car biki as much possible.
- only eat when u r very hungry & take a glass of water before meal.
- try to avoid high energy foods like oils, fat , meat, banana,
fast food etc.
- mafe the habit of some normal exercises liki -jogging, swimingng, game, but avoid heavy exercises gen. people tolds.
- go to the doctor regularly for cheakup.

if u'll follow these instructi0ns regularly u'll find different from now.

The lemonade diet is supposed to be good. Beyonce used it to lose 20lbs quickly for dreamgirls. My friend used it and she swears it works. It's all natural.
