Without scraping the bottom, pour it into another pot. If any of the burned bits are still floating in it, you will just have to pick them out by hand.

First of all how did you scorch a soup!?
Once something is burned it is burned you can't fix it.

start over. Really unless you want a "smokey" taste the only thing you can really do is start over.
