Well. The best thing to do it is to tell her earnestly and convincingly.
Take her to a nice place and buy her "red" roses, cos that makes it look like you're really seriously about this relationship. Then look her in the eye and tell her that you're really serious about this relationship and that you truly love her and that you're not just saying that for no reason, its how you actually feel.
But don't scare her off.

The key to making her understand is to show her. Not through sexual activity but through the simple things. Don't say it a lot because it gets old really fast. However you can use different forms of it such as "I can't live without you" or "I never lived until I met you" stuff like that. Kinda cheesy but it gets the job done.

No no no! You notice that there are no guys telling you to tell her? Only girls (except for rooney - bravo rooney) Forget telling her. You need a GESTURE! Ever see the Futurama episode where Fry actually WON Lila? He did it by moving dozens of stars into the phrase, "I love you."
It's one thing to tell a woman that you love her. But that's not going to do it for her. She needs to FEEL loved. You can't do that with words. You have to make her feel special.

You need to tell her, and then show it through your actions. There is no better way. When she asks you to do something for her, just do it. The little things are what count.
