What all do i need in order to take some decent pictures for an exotic and sensual photo shoot. I have a camera, i have lighting, anything else?

Well...you have two of the three things you need to make a photo. Light and a camera, so all you need now is a subject. If you are the subject...find someone to push the button!
But seriously - you want to think about what your vision will be for the photo and then turn that vision into action. I would suggest simpler is better, even to the point of using natural light either outdoors or nicely diffused through a window sheer. There are certainly many types of lighting and composition elements to take into account, so many that I've been working at for 30+ years and still have a lot to learn...

Do you have reflectors, filters, and some tenting if you need to diffuse the available light?
