When they use the word decadant in a recipe it usually means that it is so good, rich, fattening, chocolaty, really bad for you that it is amazingly good and sinful, in a good way.
Like "decadant chocolate chip cookies."
Really chocolaty and delicious.

Very rich, flavorful, usually full of fat. An indulgence, if you will. Something that's so good you'll remember the flavor, texture, smell, everything for the rest of your life.
