Rich isn't who has the most, it's who needs the least.
If you are judging riches by things, you are looking in the wrong direction. Find a community that spends a lot of time giving back to that community. It's tough to find if you are going by income and house prices...
Hint: Find the area with the highest net worth and a low cost of living...
