A pickup line is just that... a line. She probably would have heard it or won't like it. Be sincere, be yourself. To start a conversation, which is what you are trying to do.. right, find something of common interest in the room... say the music or the store you might be in, or the food... anything and make a question. People like to give their opinion, so ask her her opinion on something. Now, it does not hurt to make a compliment, but make it specific. Say she has on a great outfit with all the right curves. She seems to want to attract a guy. Compliment her on something specific like... that blue shirt you have on really matches your eyes, both are sky blue, very nice in deed. Now, if you are in the inner city... hey, baby, bitchin shirt, even matches up with those peeps, might nice. Of course, if you are in a classroom or library where there is not much talking, even passing a note might work. Again, asking a question or giving a specific compliment is the way to go. Oh, and never compliment a woman on her size of... anything. They already know that it is big or small or whatever. Hope that helps.

The best pick up line is no pick up line. You don't just memorize some line to get girls to go out with you. Plus, if you are using a standard pick up line, ie. "Do you know karate? 'cause you're body is kickin'" chances are she has already heard it. Plus, commenting on girls bodies is vulgar and disgusting, especially when you have just met them.
