I am just wondering if any companies offers a 10+ day Cruise around the Hawaiin islands with shore excursions, ect, the whole thing in the Month of May. Many do in Jan, Feb, Mar, April, but of the sites I have looked (Princess and NCL, plus a few others) none offer the trips in May. I need to go in May because I have exams in April.
To Sum it up: Are there any 10+ Day Cruises to Hawaii in the month of May? If not... why?

Yes, there are. I'm not sure if it matters where you leave from, but here are a few ideas.
First, Princess, the one I think would most interest you would be the Regal Princess, it is a 15 day cruise and leaves on May 13. There are a few others, but I'm not sure if you will like them as well. I've pasted the link below for the search results, hopefully you will be able to see them.
NCL does not have anything but 7 day cruises in May.
Royal Caribbean has a 14 night Hawaii circle cruise, but it leaves on April 28, not sure if that will work, that would be the Radiance of the Seas.
Celebrity only offers two cruises, but they are at the end of April, so again I'm not sure if they would work. Both are 14 night circle cruises. The Celebrity Infinity leave April 22 and Summit April 28.
Carnival does not offer anything for your dates.
And Holland doesn't offer anything for May, but does have ms Zaandam on April 22 or 23 for a 16 or 17 night cruise.
Hopefully one of these will work for you.

On the website vacationstogo.com I found only 2 cruises longer then a week. One left on May 13th from LA and then sails to Hawaii, a 15 day cruise. Then there was a 20 day cruise on May 28th also from LA. Both cruises are aboard the Princess Regal.
