I'll agree with most of the answers here (except that jerk!); you can also use a lot of frozen dinners, just watch the calories and fat grams. You can even buy prepared salads. Tuna is a good source of protein. Cheese and apples or peanut butter (BUT WATCH WHAT BRAND YOUR BUYING!) are a good snack. Fruits and veggies are great-no cooking there either. You can do some cooking and freeze the food for later.

Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem, (if you can afford such things.)
Subway has great alternatives if you don't cook. I often get the Roasted chicken sub when I'm out and don't have time to cook.
The prepackaged diet foods in the frozen sections are another alternative though they leave you feeling empty, and are often lacking in taste. Try more salads and chinese steamed entrees that you can pick up on your way home. Eat lots of fresh fruits and raw veggies.

Whoa! who said anything about cooking? You don't need to cook in order to lose weight. Don't ever buy those pre-made meals in the frozen section those are loaded with perservatives. Also, just cut you up some veggies and fruits make you a salad or a fruit salad. Make sandwiches and take them with you when you go out.(Just buy one of those small lunch bags or big enough to put a couple of heathy foods in there. Pack some ice in there and put you some sandwiches and bottles of water in there.) Make sure to eat lots and lots of veggies with every meal you eat.
Here are some tips that I do also
~Since I have school, my father bought me like this Cooler but it's a Lunch Bag(Not the little kids kind) this is kind of bigger. So instead of me going to MC's or Wendy's, I just make me some sandwiches the night before and cut up some veggies and get like three or four bottles or water. And when my father takes to school, he stops at the gas station and get a bag of ice and pour it in there. And so I pack my Healthy Foods and their fresh and cool until you get ready and eat them.
So I think that's what you need to do. When you go out or if you have school and get hungry, just pack you a lunch.
~When I'm bored, I just get on my lap top and listen to music or play games chat w/ my friends. But I keep it to a short time of 30mins.
~If you don't want to cook, they have cookbooks at the bookstore thats only for salads and things. You don't have to cook a thing. They have recipes in there from Salads to Sandwiches to Veggie Platters.
Hope I helped!

I drink Herbal Life shakes, in the morning and have lost atleast 10 lbs. I don't like to cook that much either. But this is easy. You can replace 1 or 2 meals a day depending on how much weight you want to lose. I only replace one a day. You just mix it in with milk. Comes in different flavors. My favorite is the french vanilla.

not liking to cook is not such a big deal when it comes to dieting-- just go on a fresh foods diet- its best for your body anyway and there is no cooking involved for the most part. eat fresh fruits and veggies... for your meat, baked, grilled or poached is best- any form of cooking that doesnt require grease... just stick it in a pan, season it, cover it, and bake it till its not pink anymore
if you do not lose weight on a diet like this, there is something seriously wrong with your body!

Jenny Craig provides all your entrees. Easy as popping a frozen container in the microwave. But if you have dietary restrictions or are vegetarian, this might not be a good option.
