asking for a software for autodownload?

hi
i need a software for daily download the local newspaper from a specific folder into my pc
for example
http://pdf2.alquds.com/2007/2/16/page1.pdf
http://pdf2.alquds.com/2007/2/16/page2.pdf

also the date change by time
http://pdf2.alquds.com/2007/2/17/page1.pdf
http://pdf2.alquds.com/2007/2/17/page2.pdf

as summary I need a software to download all the files from a specific folder(named by the date) every day

What you really need is an RSS feed reader, since most news media use RSS astheir primary delivery for web based content. Check out http://www.freewarefiles.com and see what they have. Hope this helps
