Can't answer all your questions, but you question is medical school hard.

As far as med school goes, you have go to undergrad and study pre-med (4yrs) then apply for med school (4yrs). Then do a residency finally you are ready to specialize. Basically you have be in the top of the class. Also you should concentrate on being a doctor 1st. Becoming a dermatologist becomes the second priority along the way. Good Luck.

I am not a dermatologist (I'm a gynecologist) but I know that all the dermatology residency programs took only the top medical graduates. (AOA). It is a lot of work to stay at the top for your whole medical school years.
