If by the offense of one came judgement : then what about ; the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.
Besides, is sin a choice, or a genetic trait?

psalms51:5 seems to speak about "the mother" if I learned english correctly.
Sin is definitely biblical I knew that, but he concept of being born as a flawed human is opposite "fearfully & wonderfully made. If we are "born" sinners then all the babies & all the abortioned lives are doomed to hell. I read that sin seperates us from God. the little ones didn't have a chance did they? Do we sin by our own actions? or did God make us "Sinners" without our choice and then condemn us for how he made us?

Romans 3:23 says "all have sinned" not all are sinners, one word difference, but big difference in meaning. Sin is a choice is it not?

...The question is, because we sin, does that make us sinners, or are we born sinners, and because we are, we sin.
...We are born sinners; we are sinners by nature, and by choice.
...All have sinned and come short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23
...And in Psalm 51:5 we read, "Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin my mother conceived me."

Yes original sin is "biblical" as you say. Read Romans 5:12-21.

Here's a little bit:
Rom 5:12 Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all men...

Rom 5:19 For just as through the disobedience of the one man (Adam) the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man (Jesus) the many will be made righteous.

So we are born into sin because Adam sinned and that has been passed down to us. Original sin is essentially rejecting God. So until we accept Him as our Savior we are living in sin. But we also commit our own sins like lying, etc.

In the beginning, the sins of Adam and Eve was made like a genetic trait to the Jews only. The sins of the father have been inherited through seven generations. After the exodus from Egypt, you will find that God had decreed that "the one who sins shall die. the sins of the father will no longer be charge against his son nor the sins of the son shall be charged against his father." This was given emphasis on the book of Ezekiel 18:3-36. a reason why it shall be noted that Jesus' death in not necessary to save mankind from their transgression against the law. This was a gross deception by the Roman rulers who organized a religion of fear. When people are afraid, it is easy to manipulate the mind.

Yes Adam and Eve did sin, and they were judged and cast out of the garden much like satan was judged and cast out of heaven. Yes sin is inherent but God has given us a chance to free ourselves from it.

You seemed to answer your own question by quoting the Bible.
