The longest was between Mcdonalds a postman & a gardener it lasted for 2 & a half years with Mcdonalds suffering a huge loss.

I think the UK one is a McDonald's (the burger chain) case that went on for years. I think they were claiming liable or slander against a couple of people that said their food was apprently not good.
