Are you talking about a black or brown nose changing at least partially to pink? It's called snow nose and it happens often times in the winter when the dog is not out in the sun as much.

Ok so I've read some of the not so helpful answers you have gotten so far.
First if you are in a cold weather climate and your dogs nose it black and has started to turn pink then what is going on is called Winter Nose.
My Golden's go thru this every winter. Their black noses start to turn a bit pink in the winter and then as the warmer weather comes in they turn back to Black. Now some may loose their pigment quite a bit and never get their totally black noses back. No one knows why this happens.
