Please can someone help me, i am tring to find out if parking over someones driveway and obstructing access to and from the propertly is illegal in the UK, If this is so, if anyone can help an give me the traffic law ect so i can quote this i would be most greatfull

It should be in the bylaw. I can't find anything at the moment but it's illegal everywhere else. The most you'd get is a ticket, unless the vehicle was left there for some time then it may be towed. Call your local police.

No he won't be in a position to if he's inflicting an obstruction to others. My hubby is a HGV lorry driving force & on unusual activities has bought his lorry unit abode yet we've a huge driveway and he parks it on there so it would not worry all people else.

I dont think its illegal but if you owned the land the person was parking on then they would be parking on private property. It is however very rude and inconsiderate.
