Like anything, its a matter of practice. Junk foods are addictive because they make you feel comfortable and happy.
A good way to start cutting back is to go cold turkey for a week and cut out all junk food. If you make it through the week, reward yourself with a slice of pizza or something you like on the weekend. Then go for two weeks, same deal. Once you hit the 3-week marker, you will start to lose the craving to eat those things.
Balance is important otherwise if you deprive yourself, you'll never stick to any healthy way of eating. Use the rule of 90. If you eat good for 9 days but bad for one, you're still at 90% healthy diet which in the long run will make you feel great.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day unless u r diabetic. Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. Do not feel guilty about ur craze for fries and pizza but reduce the frequency of eating.

I have the same problem and just recently have kicked the habit. One of the things I did was learn how to cook well. That way I can cook things that are really tastey but way more healthy than fast food. Another thing is just do it in moderation. If nothing else bump your fast food eating to once a week. That way you can get your fix but you don't get huge! It really will make you gain weight. I knowwwwww from experience and you'll kick yourself in the end. It's all really just going to come down to how important your health is to you. If you really care about your body and how it looks. Take baby steps away from the junk food and eventually you won't even miss it.

Don't stop eating them. here is what to do--If you know you are going to be having pizza and/or fries, etc. eat healthy for all other meals that day. Also, instead of having three pieces of pizza, try having two pieces of pizza and a small garden salad. In actuality, unless there is a massive amount of cheese on the pizza, the ingredients in pizza are generally healthy compared to many other foods.

I think the key is moderation. If you say "ok, these foods are completely off-limits" of course you're going to want them even more. I think the best thing to do is set aside one or two days a week where you allow yourself special treats and try to focus on eating healthier the rest of the week.

Eat them, and cut down on other food for that day. If you eat fries for 400-500, cut down on something else that day. It's not a big deal.

you can still eat unhealthy foods, just do it in moderation. Or, if you eat say, a medium fries from Macdonalds, do 45 minutes worth of cardio to burn them off.

You can still eat them! Just cut your regular portions in half. When you begin to feel a little full, just stop. It's that simple.
