I've worked out a deal for rent, but now the landlord?

has offered me a "special" deal if I spend time with her? Should I take the offer or just pay the difference? Oh, this is on a commercial property, so could I write off the time I spend with her as a expense?

It would really depend on what SHE brings to the table...and how often she's on that table! lol
