In most cases no. But there are special electrical components that do have such properties. The most simple is the diode that has a much higher resistence in one direction vs the other, effectively making it a one way path for electrons.
Modern integrated circuits largely depend on such materials to control the direction of eletrical flow and process information.
The principle is that such special case conductors are junctions of two different materials. The properties of the two materials are such that it is easier for electrons to flow from the first material to the second than from the second to the first.

FOR THE SEMICONDUCTORS THE RESISTIVITY DO DEPEND ON THE DIRECTION OF FLOW OF CURRENT
& THAT IS HOW THE SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICES ARE DESIGNED & FABRICATED.
HOWEVER IT'S INDEPENDENT OF THE DIRECTION OF FLOW OF CURRENT FOR CONDUCTORS....
RESISTIVITY IS INVERSELY PROPOTIONAL TO THE CONDUCTIVITY.......

Not in true conductors. Semiconductor materials sometimes do, if they are doped with the proper materials; that is how they form diodes and transistors.
